Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues;
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately in the unlikely event that the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct the problem in a timely manner.

Delivery Policy & Charges
All orders received by 3.30pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders received after 3.30pm or at weekends will be dispatched the next working day (Mon - Fri)
Free 2-4 day delivery on orders over £35.00.
Delivery charges on orders under £35.00 to the UK will be charged at £3.99 for 2-4 day delivery & £5.99 for 24-48hr delivery.
Delivery to outside the Uk will be charged at Royal Mail cost
